Open Harp
The Open Harp is an original design with a steel frame, which is more structurally stable than traditional wood-frame harps. Tuned roughly to a Mongolian scale, its sound is exotic and similar to cello, violin, or sitar when it is plucked or bowed. The harp's open-frame construction and flexible legs allow greater mobility and gestural freedom for the performer; it becomes a sort of extension of the limbs.
